Information
Class Options:
We offer classes in all levels and styles, for all ages.
- Competition Teams practice between 2-8 hours per week, depending on their age and level. We also offer options to compete with solos, duets, trios and small groups to dancers who are part of our Competition Teams, Post Dance Team or Company. Email us for more information about auditioning.
- Adult dance and fitness classes are offered throughout the year. Check the schedule for our current classes.
- Recreational dancers will be a part of our progressive program. Dancers will continue to be challenged and grow with our program that consists of levels they will progress through.
- Drop in and technique based classes. We offer these all year, check out our schedule for more information.
- Pointe and pre pointe options.
Tuition & Payments
- Tuition payments are due the 1st of the month. Late or past due payments are subject to a $15 late fee.
- Competition Team dancers - Tuition varies based on classes, competition and costume fees.
- Regardless of length of month or number of student absences, tuition remains the same September through May/June.
- Classes run from September through May/June, depending on recital dates.
- There will be a $25 fee assessed to any returned checks.
- A 2.75% convenience fee will be applied to online payments other than autopay for tuition. This covers the fees DanceXcel is charged by the credit card companies. You can register online and pay by cash or check at the studio if you prefer.
Recitals
- Regular/non-competition team classes will perform in our Spring recital. Preschool-3rd grade combo classes will perform two routines. 4th grade and up classes will perform the number of routines listed in their class description.
- A recital fee will be applied to each family's account in April. This fee includes: A recital shirt for the dancers, a fun gift or finale' accessory, dress rehearsal (staff and facility), and digital download of the recital.
Costumes
- Costumes are ordered during parent observation week in the Fall. Payments are due at this time.
- Competition team costume fees vary and will be applied in the student's tuition.
- There's a $20 exchange fee for costumes needing to be exchanged.
Class Cancelations
Classes will be canceled if district 196 or 197 cancels due to inclement weather.
Classes will also be canceled if the weather puts our dancers and staff in danger due to weather.
Makeup classes will not be provided unless a cancelation happens more than once on the same day of the week.
